A Year in Review - 2015

My goodness! Where does the time go? Goodbye to 2015 and welcome 2016. I had all of these grand plans for the end of 2015. And then I became employed and the plans went right out of the window. Oh well.

One of my little projects that I worked on in 2015.

That said, 2015 was a great year for my hobbies. In my first January post I detailed my plans for the year. Let's see how I did:

1. War of the Roses faces joint project - DONE
2. Finishing the Perry Napoleonic French dipped regiment - DONE
3. Moving forward on my Seven Years War Swiss regiment - DONE
4. Knocking out the rest of my Winter War Soviets from WW2 (I just purchased and assembled two BT-7 tanks from Pegasus Models)
5. My Genestealers in Space Hulk are almost done - DONE
6. My 20mm WW2 Germans from AB Miniatures
7. I'm also going to be playing more wargames this year - DONE

I didn't touch my WW2 Germans and I only did a bit with the Winter War Soviets. My summer Russians had some armor completed. I also created a custom Blood Bowl pitch on a whim. I convinced myself to make custom counters for Up Front and that ate up hours and hours and hours (and hours) of time.

There are a couple of other small items that I completed as well. I'll get those photographed and posted in the next few weeks. So, all in all, it has been a pretty productive year, even with the lack of hobby time this fall and winter.
